My new oven does not bake like my old one.
Do not attempt service or replace parts of the appliance unless referred to in the owner's manual. Follow all safety precautions provided in the owner's manual.
The best cooking results are attained when the oven is used the way it was designed to be used. Many problems result from a lack of understanding new features on a new oven or range. Other difficulties arise when a change is made from a gas appliance to an electric, or vice versa. Mixing and measuring methods, ingredients, or doing other things differently may cause undesirable baking results.

The most common new oven complaint is that the oven temperature is too hot or not hot enough. The Owner's Manual provides suggested temperatures and times for baking, roasting, etc. The purpose of the Owner's Manual is to provide information for various recipes to give results most people find satisfactory. Individual tastes and preferences vary, so a pie crust or cake that is just right for one person may be too dark for someone else and too light for another person. Always preheat the oven 15 to 20 minutes to the correct temperature, unless the recipe does not call for it. If glass dishes are used, reduce the oven temperature by 25o Fahrenheit.
